60+ people already signed up for our upcoming Media for Social Change Unconference on May 3. Take a look at who these people are, connect with the ones you feel you’ve got shared interests with, and – just in case – you haven’t signed up yet, now is the right time! We’ve only got five more slots open!
It’s in ten days and we’re super excited!
We’ve got t-shirts, wristbands (I know, how cool is that?!) and goodie bags sorted. We’ve distributed posters & flyers in several key cities, and are now dealing with the techie side of things.
If you’re wondering how you could help, here are a couple leads:
• We’re looking for graffiti artist(s) to do live art on May 3. If you know someone, or are one, speak to us on Twitter & tag your tweet with #M4SC
• We’re also looking for enthusiast illustrators who’d be willing to join us and draw onsite illustrations of attendees and sessions
• We’re compiling a list of videos to stream on the day of the event. These videos should be related to one of the Unconference themes. If you have ideas, please share with us!
& Most importantly, suggest sessions you’d like to lead or take part in on the Unconference wiki!
And here are, to give you a taste of how our day together will go, the Unconference four rules. These are basically the only rules; from there on, it’s totally up to us all to make the magic!
Look forward to a great day together!
